Initial Charge Notice:

The ePulse2's rechargeable battery can discharge while the unit is in transit. If you are having trouble with the initial charge, plug the ePulse2 into the charger, wait ten minutes, double-click the On/Off button then hold for 15 seconds and release. The 'charging' indicator will appear within seconds of releasing the On/Off button. If this does not resolve the issue after a couple tries, unplug the cord going into the charger base, which is a standard USB cable, and try the same routine for the USB port of a computer.
